Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the game Idle Dictator: Marshal Vorlan (the website and the Android and iOS apps) keeps on your device, what it sends only if you agree, and what it never collects.
Who is responsible
Racoon Technologies SL, Spain, is the data controller. For any question or request about your data, write to racoontechnologies@gmail.com.
What stays on your device
Your saved game, your settings (including your answer about usage data) and your simulated purchases are stored on your device only, in the browser or app storage. There are no accounts and we run no server of our own: we never receive your saved game.
What we collect only if you allow it
When the game starts, it asks whether you want to share usage data and crash reports. Nothing is sent until you tap Allow. If you do, we use Google Firebase to collect:
- Firebase Analytics (website and apps): gameplay events (such as your progress, purchases, ad views and errors), a pseudonymous installation identifier, your device model and operating system, your language, and your approximate country. Google derives the country from your IP address and does not store the IP address.
- Firebase Crashlytics (apps only): when the app crashes, a crash report with the state of the device at that moment and the last events before the crash.
We use this to balance the game and fix bugs. The legal basis is your consent.
What we never collect
Your name, email address, contacts or precise location; the advertising identifier of your device (IDFA or AAID); or anything to track you across other apps and websites.
Who else processes the data
Google (Firebase) processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. See Privacy and Security in Firebase. Google may transfer data outside the European Union, under its safeguards: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long it is kept
- Event-level analytics data: 2 months (the Google Analytics default). Aggregated reports, which do not identify anyone, may be kept longer.
- Crash reports: 90 days.
Your rights
- You can withdraw your consent at any time in MORE › Privacy, with the “Usage data & crash reports” switch. On the website, sending stops immediately. In the apps, analytics stops immediately and crash reports from the next launch.
- You can ask for access to your data, its deletion and your other rights under the GDPR by writing to racoontechnologies@gmail.com. The data is pseudonymous, so we may not be able to identify which data is yours.
- You can file a complaint with a data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Purchases and ads
Today the game has no real purchases and no real ads: the shop and the ads are simulations and nothing is charged. When real ones arrive, this policy will be updated and the game will ask you again.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a significant way, its version number goes up and the game asks for your consent again.
